1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MyTenant platform, operated by Kraiga Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
MyTenant is a property management platform for the Nigerian rental market enabling agents to manage properties, onboard tenants, collect rent, and issue lease agreements.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Agent accounts require email verification and agency profile setup.
- Tenant accounts are provisioned through agent invitations or magic-link authentication.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Agent Responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable Nigerian tenancy laws.
- Ensure accuracy of property listings and charges.
- Must not use the platform for fraudulent practices.
- Responsible for own tax obligations including VAT.
5. Tenant Rights
- Transparent information about charges before signing.
- May request copies of personal data.
- May raise complaints through in-app support.
- Protected against arbitrary eviction under Nigerian law.
6. Payments and Fees
Payment Processing
Handled by licensed providers regulated by the CBN.
Agent Wallet
Pay-as-you-go for premium services (SMS, ID verification).
Processing Fees
Deducted from card payments before agent settlement.
Bank Transfers
Confirmed manually by agents or via auto-reconciliation.

8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable Nigerian regulations. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The MyTenant name, logo, and design are the intellectual property of Kraiga Limited. Users may not reproduce without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Lagos before court proceedings.
11. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Kraiga Limited is not a party to any tenancy agreement between agents and tenants.
- We are not liable for disputes between agents and tenants.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
